How does Motion Capture Gait Analysis work?

Motion capture gait analysis uses high-speed cameras and sensors to map a patient’s walking and running patterns in 3D. By identifying subtle biomechanical abnormalities, we can create precise treatment plans for hip, knee, and ankle issues that standard X-rays might miss.

We have recently acquired motion capture technology on sight that can aid in optimal evaluation and feedback for muscle efficiency and movement disorders. This can also be used to optimize athletic performance.
