Figure 1. This boy had a pathologically fractured osteosarcoma of the humerus and was facing an amputation. By performing a provisional with wires and affording chemotherapy aggressive we were able to consolidate the tumor enough that limb salvage surgery could be performed.

Figure 2. This elderly male had a high grade soft tissue sarcoma develop in the root of his neck. A combination of chemotherapy and radiation therapy was able to provide long term disease control.
