Figure 1. This boy was born with a disfiguring malignant tumor (infantile fibrosarcoma) in the hand. We were able to resect the tumor while preserving the index finger and thunb allowing for a functional appendage to develop.

Figure 2. This tumor developed over the middle ray of the hand. These are commonly low grade chondrosarcomas. Rather than amputate we were able to save the finger in the hand.
